• We aim to get your Jingas to you as quickly and as fuss-free as we can.
• We aim to despatch deliveries within 3 business days (business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends) from the day you place your order and we will contact you directly if the items you have ordered are not in stock or there is any delay to your order. UK standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's Business 'Tracked' service. This is a priority service and orders usually arrive one or two days after posting, however please be aware that this is not a time-guaranteed service and there is the possibility of postal delay which can in exceptional circumstances lead to delays of up to 8 business days although in practice this happens only rarely.
• When placing your order please take into account that deliveries placed after 2pm or before a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

• If you need your Jingas in a hurry, we also offer a guaranteed Next Day Service on UK Deliveries placed before midday. Next Day Delivery Costs are as follows:

• If you place your Next Day order after midday, or on a weekend or a bank holiday, your order will still be sent out on a guaranteed next day service, but it will be processed the next working day and will be delivered on the next Business Day.

International:
We deliver Jingas world-wide, please see below for the postage costs for international deliveries.

• International deliveries usually take between 4-10 business days (business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends) to arrive from placing your order. As we do not use a time-specific service for standard international shipping, times can sometimes vary a little more than this, especially for deliveries to Australia and New Zealand, and postal delays can in exceptional circumstances add up to 5 weeks to shipping times.
• When placing your order, please take into account that deliveries placed after 2pm or before a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
• International Standard Delivery Costs are as follows:

For 7+ pairs we will automatically upgrade your delivery service to use our international courier service at no extra charge.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
For all deliveries, we use a trackable and insured delivery service provided by Royal Mail. Once your order is despatched you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can track the delivery progress of your order via Royal Mail. Please note that the detail of tracking information available will vary from country to country for international deliveries.
Please get in contact with us to notify us of non-arrival according to the following timescales, and we will open an enquiry to see if we can find out where your delivery has got to:

• Standard UK Orders: If over five working days since your placed order have elapsed;
• EU Orders: If over ten working days since your placed order have elapsed;
• Rest of the World: If over fifteen working days since your placed order have elapsed;

Please note that we send out replacement items once the minimum time to classify an order lost in transit by Royal Mail has elapsed. Please find Royal Mail transit times before an item is classified lost in transit below:

• Standard UK Orders: Two weeks
• EU Orders: Five Weeks
• Rest of the World: Six weeks
