Why did my credit card authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised: however, if the problem persists, and you are not able to complete the payment please email us. It may be that our card provider does not accept your type of card: cards that are accepted at the moment are: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo; we also accept payment by paypal.
