Payment and Delivery

All payments are to be made in UK pounds, by debit or credit card payment online via Protx, our secure internet payment provider, or by debit or credit card by telephone.

We aim to despatch all orders within three business days, and we will contact you directly if the items you have ordered are not in stock, or if for any reason there will be a delay of more than three working days before despatch. We use a signed for, insured delivery service provided by Royal Mail. UK delivery usually takes one to two business days, and the rest of the world four to ten business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends.

If for any reason you do not receive your Jingas within these timesacles, please get in contact with us to notify us of non-arrival according to the following timescales, and we will open an enquiry to see where your delivery has got to:

  • Standard UK Orders: If over five working days since your placed order have elapsed;
  • EU Orders: If over ten working days since your placed order have elapsed;
  • Rest of the World: If over fifteen working days since your placed order have elapsed;

Please note that we send out replacement items once the minimum time to classify an order lost in transit by Royal Mail has elapsed. Please find Royal Mail transit times before an item is classified lost in transit below:

  • Standard UK Orders: Two weeks
  • EU Orders: Five Weeks
  • Rest of the World: Six weeks

If you place your Next Day order after midday, or on a weekend or a bank holiday, your order will still be sent out on a guaranteed next day service, but it will be processed the next working day and will be delivered on the next Business Day.

For 7+ pairs we will automatically upgrade your delivery service to use our international courier service at no extra charge.

Trying on Shoes, Exchanges and Refunds:

If you wish to exchange your Jingas for a different size or colour, or if you find that Jingas are simply not for you, we will gladly give a full refund or exchange for a pair of equal value on all Jingas returned unworn within 365 days from date of purchase. No exchanges or refunds can be given after 365 days from date of purchase.

Please make sure that all returned shoes are unworn and in perfect condition: to ensure this, please try on your Jingas indoors, with socks, on clean surfaces only.

Items that have been laundered, altered in any way or exhibit signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Returns Process:

  1. Ensure that if unworn, the items are in their original condition and original packaging as above: and that in the case of defective merchandise, they conform to the description above.
  2. We want all our customers to be happy with their Jinga Shoes, and we are extremely proud of the quality of our production: however, if you do find there is anything wrong with your Jinga Shoes, please send us a photograph of the fault to inspect by email together with your order number: we are happy to replace any genuinely faulty items free of charge and will advise you how to proceed by return email.
  3. Enclose a completed returns slip, which you can download below. If you do not have access to a printer, please email us and we will send a form out to you by post.
  4. If possible, use the original mailing envelope you received the Jingas in to save waste; fasten securely.
  5. For UK orders, please use the pre-paid address label attached to the returns slip. For non-UK orders, please return to the following address: Jinga Shoes, 12 Frogmore, London, SW18 1HJ
  6. Please note that we do not accept liability for items lost in the post on their way back to us. To cover yourself in this instance, we advise UK customers to get a proof of posting from a post office when sending the parcel back to us (this is free of charge) and for international customers, we advise using a signed for, insured delivery service.


Once we have received your returned shoes, providing they fit with the criteria above relating to unworn or defective items, we will process a full refund to the card you originally used to pay for the items within 4 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to show on your statement, depending on your card provider.


If you need to exchange the item you have ordered for a different size, colour or style, simply send back the pair that's not right as per the returns process above, and reorder the replacement pair that you need directly from our website.

Remember, the cost of all items returned in accordance with the instructions above will be refunded within 4 working days of receipt, and for UK customers, you will also be refunded the shipping cost of your returned pair (up to the value of UK standard shipping for the number of items returned).

If the price of the item you need to exchange has changed since your first purchase, we are of course happy to honour the original price paid on the returned pair if you need the same item, only in a different size - just email us and we'll sort this out for you.

Finally, please note that we cannot accept returns of Jinga products purchased via a different retailer - please return your items to the retailer where your item was originally purchased.
